How to give BuyerBridge Facebook page access?
BuyerBridge must have Facebook Page Admin Access to:
- Post vehicles to Facebook Marketplace on behalf of the dealership
- Run Facebook Ads on behalf of the dealership
There are two options to grant BuyerBridge Access.
Option 1: Click and Approve (Preferred)
In this case the dealer would click a link and give direct access to BuyerBridge from their Facebook Page settings.
- Forward the email with subject line: "Facebook Page Access Request: <Page Name>" you receive during your setup to the dealership page owner.
- The page owner clicks the link in the email, then clicks Respond to Request.
- Click "Give BuyerBridge Access to My Page"
- Finally click Approve Request.
Only the page owner can accept the request. You can forward this email to them. If you do not see a "Respond to Request" button towards the bottom of the page, it is likely because you are not the page owner.
Option 2: Navigate & Grant Access
- Login to Facebook as the page owner and click on your page.
- Click Settings at the top of your page.
- Click Page Roles in the left column.
- Go to Pending Partner Requests, then click Respond to Request.
- Click "Give BuyerBridge Access to My Page"
- Finally click Approve Request.
Only the page owner can accept the request. If you do not see a "Respond to Request" button towards the bottom of the page, it is likely because you are not the page owner.
Option 3: Grant BuyerBridge through Business Manager

- Click the drop down to Select A Role and select Page Admin, then paste 1806938685999766 into the search bar.
- Click Close once Page Access has been granted.
