How to View Your Invoice Statement
Manage your BuyerBridge billing right inside the app.
BuyerBridge gives partners a simple way to manage platform billing in one place.
From the Billing page, you can:
- View your BuyerBridge invoices
- Add or update your payment method
- Review the products and services included in your monthly bill
- Keep track of billing activity across your organization
This page is for BuyerBridge partner billing only. It does not control how you bill your own clients.
How to Access Your Billing Statement in BuyerBridge
To view your billing statement:

Log in to your BuyerBridge account.

Scroll down to the "Reports" section.
- Select "Billing" from the available report options.

Your billing statement will display at the top of the page.

You can download your billing statement as a PDF or CSV file directly from this view.

Understanding the Billing Statement Columns
Each billing statement includes detailed fields to help you track your billing activity:
| Name | The dealership or client account name is associated with the charges. |
| ID | The internal BuyerBridge account ID for the rooftop. |
| Website | The dealership’s associated website URL. |
| External ID | The external CRM or DMS system ID, if available. |
| Product | The specific BuyerBridge product, package, or service being billed. |
| Product Onboarding Date | The date the product or service was first activated for the account. |
| Billing Start Date | The beginning of the billing period for the associated product or service. |
| Billing End Date | The end of the billing period for the associated product or service. |
| Billing Rate | The agreed-upon fee for the service (monthly or prorated). |
| Billing Amount | The actual amount charged for the billing period after prorating, if applicable. |

Can I use the billing statement as my official invoice?
No.
The billing statement provides a detailed view of your monthly charges for internal visibility and reporting purposes.
Your official invoice, which is used for accounting and payment purposes, is still sent separately after your payment method is charged.
When is the billing statement updated?
Billing statements are updated in BuyerBridge on a regular monthly cycle to reflect active services, billing periods, and associated charges.
How do I download my billing statement?
Inside BuyerBridge, navigate to the Reports section, select Billing, and you can download your billing statement as either a PDF or CSV directly from the dashboard.
What’s the difference between Billing Rate and Billing Amount?

Billing Rate refers to the agreed-upon monthly price for a service (full or prorated).

Billing Amount reflects the actual charge for the billing period, factoring in pro-rating if applicable.
