Your guide to getting set up in BuyerBridge

Welcome to BuyerBridge.

This guide will help you get through the first steps of setup, so your team knows what to do, where to go, and what to expect next.

Inside BuyerBridge, you’ll use the platform to onboard client accounts, manage advertising products, and review your BuyerBridge billing in one place.

If you ever get stuck, you can use the Help Center, check your Welcome to BuyerBridge email, or reach out to our team for help.

Reminder: Your welcome email will come from BuyerBridge and includes the details you need to get started.

Ready to get started?

Step 1: Create your BuyerBridge account

Your first step is creating your BuyerBridge account.

Before you begin, make sure you have received your Welcome Email. That email includes the information you need to finish account setup.

When creating your account, you will:

  • Verify Your Account
  • Create A BuyerBridge Login

Step 2: Get ready for your onboarding call

Once your account is created, it’s time for your onboarding call.

During your Zoom screen share, your BuyerBridge Implementation Engineer will help you:

  • Make sure your organization is set up correctly
  • Show you how to onboard client accounts in BuyerBridge
  • Review recommendations and best practices
  • Show you where to find BuyerBridge billing and invoices in the platform

Step 3: Onboard your client accounts

After your onboarding call, you’ll be ready to start adding client accounts to BuyerBridge.

This is where your team begins connecting the accounts, channels, and products needed to launch and manage advertising.

Step 4: Review your BuyerBridge billing

BuyerBridge billing is available inside the app.

To find it:

  • Go to Reports
  • Expand the dropdown
  • Select Billing

From there, you can:

  • View invoice history
  • Review billing details
  • See billed products
  • Manage your payment method when available

If payment setup is not completed in-app, BuyerBridge may send a secure payment link to help complete setup.
