CDK Outage - Lead Destination Backup

There has recently been a CDK outage.

If your clients are a CDK customer and their CRM is still not back up and running, we recommend you gather alternative email addresses (ADF/XML) to help ensure your Social advertising leads are still getting to them during the outage.

Once gathered, you can add these additional emails as their account’s lead destination.

You will need to make this change as soon as possible to mitigate any loss in leads through CDK’s system.
