SEOFlow 101: Beginner's Guide

Your quick-start guide to SEOFlow: discover the tool’s core features, how to onboard new dealerships, page builder, page log, and reporting.

Welcome to SEOFlow by BuyerBridge—the first programmatic SEO tool built exclusively for automotive agencies. For years, agencies have spent 12–15 hours per dealership each month building the same core dealership SEO pages over and over.

That’s why we built SEOFlow: to give agencies a one-of-a-kind solution the industry was missing.

With SEOFlow, you can create the four most critical types of dealership SEO pages in minutes, track performance in real time, and deliver custom reports that prove your value.

This guide will introduce you to the tool, walk through its three main parts (Dashboard, Page Builder, Page Log), and link to step-by-step child articles for onboarding, reporting, and more.

What Is SEOFlow?

SEOFlow is a programmatic SEO platform designed for agencies managing dealerships. It automates the creation of the four most important types of dealership SEO pages — Make/Model Overview, Make/Model For Sale, Informational Articles, and Backyard — while also providing dashboards, reports, and logging tools to monitor performance.

By automating the repetitive parts of SEO page building, SEOFlow saves agencies 12–15 hours per rooftop each month and helps you scale without adding headcount.

How to Onboard a New Dealership

Before you can begin building pages, you’ll need to connect data sources:

  1. Connect Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This enables traffic tracking and performance reporting within the dashboard.

  2. Sync dealership information. This ensures pages are tied to the right rooftop and OEM data.

How to Use the Page Builder

The Page Builder allows agencies to quickly generate SEO-optimized pages that dealers rely on.

The four available page types are:

  • Make/Model Pages → Rank for high-volume vehicle keywords (e.g., Ford F-150, Honda Civic).

  • For Sale Pages → Capture purchase-ready searches (e.g., “Ford F-150 for sale near me”).

  • Info Pages → Target research-stage searches (e.g., “Ford F-150 towing capacity”).

  • Backyard Pages → Dominate local market searches across towns, cities, or metro areas.

Each template is built with automotive markup and SEO best practices baked in.

What Is the Page Log?

The Page Log is where every page created in SEOFlow gets tracked. Each time you generate a new page, a log entry is automatically created for it. Once that page is posted to the dealer’s website, you can return to the Page Log and add the live URL.

Adding the URL unlocks two powerful benefits:

  1. Indexing Support – With the URL in place, SEOFlow can check whether the page is indexed in Google and request indexing if needed.

  2. Automatic Interlinking – Pages saved in the Page Log become available for internal linking during future page generation. For example, Info Pages created later will link back to the Make/Model page for the same vehicle, creating a stronger SEO structure.

Page Log Example

The Page Log essentially becomes your central hub of published pages, ensuring SEOFlow can track, connect, and improve them over time.

How to Use the Page Log

  1. Generate a Page – When you create a page in Page Builder, it is automatically logged.

  2. Publish the Page to the Dealer Website – Place the generated content on the live site.

  3. Return to Page Log – Navigate to the Page Log in SEOFlow.

  4. Add the URL – Enter the live URL for the page you just published.

  5. Track and Optimize – SEOFlow will now check indexing status, request indexing if needed, and use the page for automatic interlinking in future builds.

By keeping the Page Log updated, you not only ensure your pages are being indexed by Google, but also strengthen your client’s SEO over time through smarter internal linking.

How to Use/Make a Report

SEOFlow includes a custom report builder that makes it easy to generate white-label, client-ready reports.

With just a few clicks, agencies can:

  • Highlight rankings, page builds, and traffic growth.

  • Show time saved per rooftop.

  • Brand reports with their agency logo.
