What To Expect On Your Onboarding Call
Get ready for your first onboarding call with BuyerBridge
Your onboarding call is where your team gets set up for success in BuyerBridge.
During this call, your BuyerBridge Implementation Engineer will walk you through the first steps of setup, answer questions, and help make sure your organization is ready to start onboarding client accounts.
Review the information below before your call so the process goes as smoothly as possible.
What to expect on the call
During a Zoom screen share, your BuyerBridge Implementation Engineer will help you:
- Make sure your organization is set up correctly
- Show you how to onboard client accounts in BuyerBridge, starting with Meta
- Review recommendations and best practices for setup
- Walk through the first steps needed to connect client assets
- Show you where to find key areas of the platform, including BuyerBridge billing and invoices
What you need before the call
Before your onboarding call, make sure:
- You have created your BuyerBridge account using Facebook OAuth
- You have admin access to your clients’ Facebook Pages in Business Manager
- You know your clients’ desired advertising budgets
- You have access to the client assets needed for onboarding

Recommended before the call
To help speed things up, we also recommend that you:
- Give your BuyerBridge Implementation Engineer admin access when requested
- Confirm whether your inventory feed provider is supported by BuyerBridge
- Confirm whether your site provider is supported by BuyerBridge
- Gather any client information your team will need during setup
If your provider is not currently supported, our team can help guide you through next steps.
What may be covered during onboarding
Your onboarding call may include:
- Creating new client assets or connecting existing ones
- Connecting or creating Ads Managers
- Connecting the client’s Facebook Pixel
- Verifying the client’s domain
- Prioritizing pixel events
- Reviewing GTM (Google Tag Manager) setup
- Connecting or reviewing inventory feed setup
- Helping your team prepare for additional channel onboarding when needed
Your Implementation Engineer can also help guide onboarding for other supported channels, including:
- Snapchat
- TikTok
A note about billing
BuyerBridge billing is available in the platform under:
Reports > Billing
This is where partners can review invoice history, billing details, and payment-method management when available.
If payment setup is not completed in-app, BuyerBridge may send a secure payment link to help complete setup.
The Billing section is for BuyerBridge partner billing only. It does not control how you bill your own clients.
