Why Does BuyerBridge Need Admin Access to My Business Manager / Accounts?
During Onboarding or Support Ticket resolution, we will ask you to provide Admin access to our Implementation Engineers, Support Team, and Partner Experience Managers to allow us to:
- Easily provide support and troubleshoot your accounts
- Take action on your behalf, such as submitting support tickets through elevated Partner statuses, on various channels
- Assist in monitoring your accounts to ensure top performance
This is only to benefit you and will allow us the ability to easily provide support for any of your accounts down the line.
