    Since we now support multiple channels, we made some changes to our previous Onboarding System to create a more fluid experience. Now, the Onboarding tool will only include channel setup, with Playbook deployment being separate.

  • Removal of Auto-Specific Language In BuyerBridge Dash

    Now that BuyerBridge has become Omni-Vertical we are updating some of the verbiage and icons in our platform to reflect this change!

    • Reseller/Agency will be renamed "Organization"

    • Dealer will be renamed "Account"

    • More industry options in account setup & "Other" option

    • Automotive accounts will still have the Inventory tab, site provider setup, and ADF-XML lead destinations

🔧  Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Corrected an issue with CPC not being on the Facebook Reseller Advertising Report when it is downloaded
  • Metrics for Messaging campaigns within Report Builder for Facebook Advertising can now be seen:
    • Users can now see their totals, cost_per, and rates for the following metrics for their messaging campaigns:
      • Messaging conversations started in the last 7 days
      • Blocked conversations
        • The rates for this are being determined by the number of messaging conversations started
      • Conversations first replied
        • The rates for this are being determined by the number of messaging conversations started
  • When a user removes a product the Channels Overview card on the Dealer settings page will be refreshed to show that channel as eligible to onboard
  • When a user starts an onboarding and does not finish it, the Dealer Settings page will not display that product any longer and will have a Continue onboarding button next to the channel letting the user continue that onboarding
  • If an account has all channels onboarded, the Additional Channels section of the Channels Overview card will no longer be displayed
  • We ran a script that will soft delete any products that are currently active and present for deleted dealers
  • We also added off-boarding logic for when a dealer is deleted in our system these products are also soft-deleted so they do not need to manually be removed prior to an account deletion
  • The All Dealers page will now be a button on the bottom of the page for the next and previous page
